Positive: A pleasant stay with friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good amenities. Breakfast was nice, though a few small improvements could make the experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay and worth returning to.

Negative: Noise was the only issue. I could hear loud sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

Positive: Peaceful location close to Buddha Stupa

Negative: No hot water on last day, infrastructure around hotel not so good, although Taxi managed to get through to pick us up. We had to walk 100m or so with suitcases at beginning of stay. (Not hotel's fault)

Positive: Hotel Dolmaling is a beautiful oasis away from the chaos and vibrancy of central Kathmandu. It’s located in Boudha - close to the airport and a couple of minutes’ walk from the Boudhanath Stupa, a UNESCO world heritage site. There are a number of great food and drink and shopping places located all around the hotel. In the hotel itself, the staff will give a beautiful welcome, and there are always a large number of staff on hand to help with anything you need. The facilities at Dolmaling are excellent, with a beautiful outdoor pool, outdoor bar, indoor restaurant, and lovely spacious rooms, many with balconies, offering a beautiful night’s sleep.

Negative: No negatives - if I visit Kathmandu again, this is where I will stay.
